Coffs Drupallers January Meetup
5:30pm, Thursday 15th January 2009,
81 First Ave, Sawtell.
Regardless of whether we've entirely finished overindulging in food and drink, it is only right and proper to get back into some sort of sensible post-festive routine, so I've pulled this date out of thin air. If you can't make it on the 15th, you've got first dibs at nominating a date/time/venue for the next one. The only restrictions are that it should be from two to four weeks from the last, and if you have an alternative venue in mind, you should be prepared to guarantee you'll turn up.
The attendance at the last meetup was a little less than expected, which means either:
- December's a busy time for everyone, or
- Nobody took me seriously when I said I wouldn't be spamming, and that they had to subscribe to http://groups.ourcoffs.org.au/groups/drupallers or http://groups.drupal.org/australia to be notified of events, or
- The previous meetup was so excruciating that they vowed never to go again.
Now, I don't think it's the latter, but I'm a member of the Sawtell Chamber of Commerce, so I may have a developed a tolerance for painful meetings. In case it was the second, I'll send out one (I promise only one) last email reminder.
So we'll be talking about theming Drupal sites, and anything else that seems interesting. If you know of anybody who might be interested in learning about Drupal, please feel free to invite them along.
